Randstad is proud to partner with a specialist construction leader known for their commitment to quality and integrity. As they transition toward a more structured, high-performance operating model, they are seeking a Project Administrator who thrives on order, discipline, and documentation excellence.
Based in their Scoresby office, you will be the "engine room" of project delivery. This isn’t a passive support role; you will be the guardian of project records, ensuring that every RFI, variation, and compliance document is accurate and audit-ready.
Supporting the Contracts Manager and Project Teams, your day-to-day will involve:
Project Controls: Managing the lifecycle of RFIs, EOTs, NODs, and variation logs within the IPM system.
Procurement & Finance: Issuing Purchase Orders, tracking supplier pricing, and supporting the preparation of project claims.
Compliance & Sustainability: Driving the documentation for Green Star compliance, Social Procurement obligations, and OH&S/QA filing.
Reporting: Contributing to monthly project reports regarding safety, financial status, and program milestones.
Project Close-out: Ensuring a seamless handover by collating O&M manuals and archiving compliance evidence.
We are looking for a professional who views "90% complete" as unfinished. To succeed here, you need to be naturally assertive when it comes to chasing information and meticulous when it comes to filing it.
Your DNA:
High Delivery Discipline: You have a low tolerance for incomplete work and proactively close out tasks without being prompted.
The Confidence to Chase: You are comfortable following up with internal stakeholders and site teams to ensure documentation is returned on time.
Process-Driven: You enjoy working within structured systems and appreciate the importance of audit-ready records.
Technical Aptitude: You are proficient in the MS Office Suite and ideally have experience with IPM or similar construction project software.
Construction Expertise: Previous experience in construction administration or project coordination is essential.
Compliance Knowledge: Exposure to QA, OH&S, or Green Star reporting will be highly regarded.
Organisational Power: The ability to manage multiple project streams simultaneously while maintaining a high level of accuracy.
Local Presence: Reliable commute to the Scoresby area.
At Randstad, we are passionate about providing equal employment opportunities and embracing diversity to the benefit of all. We actively encourage applications from any background.
